1. Introduction: These Digital Signature Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of digital signatures by clients ("Client" or "You") of Immibright Immigration and Visa Services Ltd. ("Immibright").
2. Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing Immibright's digital signature services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our digital signature services.
3. Digital Signature Usage: a. You understand and acknowledge that the digital signature provided by Immibright is equivalent to your handwritten signature for all legal purposes. b. You agree to use the digital signature only for the purposes outlined in your agreement with Immibright and for lawful activities. c. You will not share your digital signature credentials with anyone else and will take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.
4. Responsibilities of the Client: a. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the documents you sign using the digital signature. b. You agree not to use the digital signature in any manner that could compromise its integrity or the security of Immibright's systems.
5. Liability: a. Immibright shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your digital signature resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. b. Immibright shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of the digital signature, except for those directly caused by Immibright's negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Termination: Immibright reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the digital signature services at any time, with or without cause.
7. Modification of Terms: Immibright may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website or notifying you by other means. Your continued use of the digital signature services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
9. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
